Doug Stoley Lead Audio Director
Doug Stoley has a long and storied audio production history that began with making funny tapes when he was just ten years old, using two cassette recorders to do all the voices himself. Since those humble beginnings Stoley has been a mass-market morning radio DJ on Q101 in Chicago, an RCA Records recording artist, a regular bit-actor on Late Night with Conan O’Brien, a featured improvisor with the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and an award-winning Audio Director with over a decade of experience working with major advertising agencies and brands including Mountain Dew, Dunkin, Burger King and about a million others.
Specializing in radio and creative audio marketing Doug has directed over 1,000 radio commercials or approximately 36,480 seconds worth of radio. Comedically gifted and preternaturally attuned to sound, Stoley is the creative audio session Swiss-Army Knife you didn’t know you needed. An apt director of talent, an on-the-spot editor and brainstormer and a no-ego, team-minded collaborator who bolsters the work and makes the job easier. Dave D*Sol Rivera Lead Audio Engineer
Dave started his audio career as resident sound mixer and DJ for his own company, OTW Productions, producing live music and art events at Lower East Side hot spots and exclusive loft parties.
After graduating with top honors from the Institute of Audio Research, Dave developed his skills as a producer/engineer and sound designer working at production houses like McHale/Barone and Pirate New York, eventually becoming Chief Audio Engineer at Sticky Audio Labs in Union Square, where he recorded, sound designed, mixed, and created original music for hundreds of brands including Dunkin’, Target and Dominos, as well as award-winning campaigns for Mountain Dew, Burger King and Red Stripe.
Dave continues his DJ and musical pursuits having worked with artists like Osunlade, Oveous and Zap Mama and released remixes on labels such as Yoruba, Wonderwheel, SEED, and Devotion. Of particular note is Dave’s affiliation with legendary producer Timmy Regisford, having created remixes and original tracks for release by Shelter NYC.
